Top welterweight contender Yordenis Ugas (25-4, 12 KOs) had few issues in breaking down and stopping Mike Dallas (23-4-2, 11 KOs) in seven rounds.
Ugas came out aggressive in the first round, pushing Dallas back and letting his hands go. Ugas was throwing a lot of big right hands. A clash of heads opened up a cut on Ugas' forehead.
Ugas continue to press in the second, walking down Dallas and landing with accurate punches. In the third, Dallas seemed to stun Dallas with a variety of hard punches that were hitting the mark. Dallas was trying his best in the fourth, but he was being outworked and missing many of shots.
At the end of the fifth, Dallas went down from a shove. After Ugas was dominating the sixth and seventh, the corner of Dallas stopped the fight once the seventh round had concluded.
